Are you a motivated, sales-driven professional looking for a long-term career opportunity. We are looking for a Remote Sales Representative to join our State Farm team.


This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity


 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work remotely while handling leads, State Farm.com inquiries, and inbound and outbound calls
• Follow up with provided leads and identify customer needs
• Recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage options
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet monthly sales and performance expectations
• Maintain a daily activity and sales tracker
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
• Take advantage of promotional opportunities and sales incentives
• Develop the skills and experience needed for long-term growth within the agency
• Make outbound calls to customers who have requested insurance quotes, building relationships, identifying needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales-driven and motivated to earn. Minimum of 3 years sale experience
• Confident and professional on the phone
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
•  Property & Casualty and Life licenses required
