About the Role

The Administrative Assistant (Float) provides critical administrative, coordination, communication, and member support services across New Freedom's ADCRR programs. This role serves as a versatile resource capable of supporting multiple program locations and departments while helping ensure exceptional member care and operational excellence. The Administrative Assistant works closely with members, staff, and leadership to coordinate services, maintain accurate records, support scheduling and referrals, and contribute to a welcoming, organized, and mission-focused environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Coordinating member outreach, scheduling, referrals, and intake support
  • Managing administrative tasks, records, documentation, and data entry
  • Creating reports and analyzing data using Excel and internal systems
  • Assisting members with appointments, program access, and service navigation
  • Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all administrative processes
  • Providing cross-functional support to staff, leadership, and ADCRR program operations

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Valid Arizona driver's license
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, data manipulation, reporting, and analysis
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to successfully obtain ADCRR contractor badging and pass all required screenings and clearances
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or a related field preferred
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, corrections, community services, or a similar environment preferred
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
  • Crisis de-escalation certification (Safety-Care, CPI, or equivalent) preferred

This position is primarily onsite and supports multiple ADCRR-related program locations as needed. Some hybrid or remote work opportunities may be available based on business needs.
