Floating Apartment Maintenance Technician
Berger Communities is hiring a Floating Service Technician to support multiple apartment communities throughout New Britain, Dublin, Allentown, PA, and Wilmington, DE.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values building positive relationships with residents and team members. As a Floating Service Technician, you'll provide maintenance support across multiple apartment communities throughout Bucks, Lehigh, and New Castle counties. Rather than traveling to several properties each day, you'll typically be assigned to one community for several weeks at a time before transitioning to another location as business needs require. This approach allows you to become part of the team, build relationships with residents and coworkers, and make a meaningful impact at each property.

Pay & Benefits
$26-$30/hour, paid biweekly, plus:
