Greets customers, takes orders, picks up dishes, and cleaning tablesAssists in food preparation and cookingStocks, controls product inventory, and operates concessions areaServes food & beverages to customersSanitizes high-touch surfaces; cleans dining room, food prep areas, grill, and kitchen equipmentAssists with tournaments and private eventsMaintains accurate records of sales through the proper operation of the cash register and point of sale (POS) systemOperates POS terminal to input customer orders, receives, and processes credit card or cash payments, and enters amount receiveAdheres to attendance policy; ensures punctuality for assigned shiftFollows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesPerforms other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in food service operations

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Currently certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers or the ability to become certified within 2 weeks of hire date
