The Food Runner is responsible for properly setting the restaurant up for service. This associate is responsible for getting food items, plateware, glassware, and flatware to guests in a timely manner and return dirty plates and linens to the designated kitchen areas. This associate will stock all designated areas with glassware, plateware, and supplies. This associate will assist with polishing of all flatware, glassware and plateware before returning it all on the floor. The Food Runner will assist all Maverick MODs, servers, and bartenders to maintain the Maverick Hotel & Restaurant Standards.
