About the Role:
Join the dynamic team at Ritual House as a Food Runner, where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the Expo Line to our Guests Tables.
- Ensure accuracy of orders and presentation before serving.
- Assist servers in maintaining a smooth flow of service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Support the team in preparing dining areas for service.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
