    Description

    Foreign Military Sales Analyst

    Key Role:

    Collaborate with thought leaders in consulting on projects for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Security Cooperation. Research, develop, analyze, assess, plan, and support the Navy in expanding U.S. Security Cooperation objectives. Bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of service or joint missions, processes, and culture. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and may supervise team members.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Experience with FMS case management support or FMS financial management support
    • Experience with developing FMS cases in Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
    • Experience with tracking FMS cases through the development and execution process
    • Knowledge of Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), Management Information System, International Logistics (MISIL), Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP), Information Warehouse (IW), or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
    • Secret clearance
    • Bachelor's degree

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of the defense acquisition systems

    Clearance:

    Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
