Job Title: Drive- Ford- Forklift Operator - 1st Shift
Location: Piedmont, South Carolina 29673

Hourly Rate: $20

Schedule: 6AM-2:15PM (Shifts could last 10 hours/Could be scheduled 6-7 days a week)

Job Overview
Operate sit-down forklift and other material handling equipment to move, stack, tier, and transport products and materials within production and warehouse/storage areas. Perform required inventory scanning and maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance with plant and EHS procedures.

What You’ll Do

• Operate gasoline or electric forklift and related equipment to move and position materials safely.
• Stage loads to correct locations following lift/placement procedures and equipment stability requirements.
• Complete pre-shift inspections, follow shutdown/parking procedures, and report any issues.
• Perform inventory-related tasks including scanning, labeling, and reconciling as required.
• Maintain 5S standards and daily housekeeping within work areas.
• Support environmental, health, and safety expectations, including PPE use and incident-free operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Safety-focused operators who follow all plant and EHS procedures and work in a compliant, professional manner.
• Candidates with the ability to read procedures and safety documents and follow operating instructions.
• Experience with sit-down forklift operation (and familiarity with attachments/equipment capabilities).
• Ability to complete scanning/labeling and support accurate inventory control.
• Team-oriented individuals who participate in required meetings and support continuous improvement/5S expectations.
