The Fraud Operations Finance & Business Management Associate is a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders across Consumer & Community Banking Operations to drive financial performance, business execution, and strategic decision-making. This position combines financial planning and analysis, executive reporting, project management, and risk governance responsibilities to support key business priorities. The successful candidate will lead budgeting and forecasting activities, develop executive-level presentations and insights, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, identify risks and opportunities, and help drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics, and innovative solutions. This role offers significant exposure to senior management and is ideal for a motivated professional who excels at transforming complex data into actionable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can seamlessly balance financial expertise, executive communications, project management, and business governance responsibilities.
