Administrative Assistant

Imprimis is seeking an administrative assistant for our client, a biotech firm located in Dallas, TX. This position will be located at their Arlington location. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to develop a long-time career as the company grows. The position will report to the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO.  

$55K | 100% paid benefits for employee

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-year administrative assistant & front desk experience
• Degree preferred
• Professional presence and decorum
• Needs to be highly organized and able to handle multiple projects
• Technically proficient (MS Office Suite, Adobe)

DUTIES:

• Greet and badge guests and vendors
• Order office and laboratory supplies, order catered lunches when required
• Make sure break room is kept tidy and fully stocked
• Book travel arrangements for various staff members
• Assist with invoices and expense reconciliation
• Assist with office celebrations and events for employees
• Assist with any social media and/or PR as needed
• Assist with other activities for office maintenance
• Occasionally will cover receptionist duties in the Dallas headquarters location
