As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. Job responsibilities include:

  • Processing all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
  • Processing all payment types such as room charges.
  • Processing all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges.
  • Answering, recording, and processing all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Coordinating with housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
  • Communicating parking procedures to guests/visitors and dispatching bell staff or valet staff as needed.
  • Supplying guests with directions and information regarding property and local areas of interest.
  • Running daily reports (number of arrivals, departures), identifying any special requests, and checking reports for accuracy.
  • Completing designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system.
  • Counting bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balancing and dropping receipts according to accounting specifications.
  • Concierge duties.
  • Previous hotel experience is highly preferred.
