As a Front Desk Agent at Canopy by Hilton Austin Downtown, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, playing a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience by fostering a positive environment and demonstrating genuine care for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting guests during check-in and checkout, delivering outstanding hospitality, addressing guest inquiries with a friendly demeanor, and skillfully resolving any complaints that may arise.
