Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As the first point of contact for members and guests, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Evening and weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with member check-in and provide information about club amenities, events, and services.
- Schedule reservations and assist with member requests.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records as needed.
- Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, receptionist, or front desk experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
