You will greet visitors, answer phone calls, assist with administrative tasks, and provide friendly, professional support to customers and team members. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is upbeat, dependable, organized, and eager to learn. No prior experience is required, just a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to help!

• The ability to answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude.
• The ability to warmly greet visitors, guests, and candidates and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate food orders and catering for meetings, training sessions, and company events.
• The ability to order, organize, and maintain office supplies for headquarters and branch locations.
• Strong attention to detail when coordinating hotel accommodations for technicians and sales team members traveling for training or branch support.
• The ability to print, copy, and prepare documents and materials for meetings and various departments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence.
• The ability to provide administrative support to the Marketing Department, including assembling promotional materials, preparing for events, and coordinating mailings.
• A willingness to assist the Customer Care Department with overflow calls, message taking, and basic customer inquiries as needed.
• The ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and reception area.
• Reliable and punctual attendance, with a commitment to being present and ready to support daily office operations.
• The ability to communicate with visitors, customers, and team members in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when completing daily responsibilities.
• The ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
• The ability to complete assigned duties accurately and efficiently while supporting daily office operations.
• A flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to take on additional administrative duties and assist other departments as needed
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills, both over the phone and in person.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to changing needs.
• Previous customer service or front desk experience is a plus, but not required.
