Compensation & Benefits:
- $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Daily Functions:
As an Experience Guide, you'll set the tone at the front desk and keep the boutique running smoothly - greeting guests, answering phones, describing services and products, booking appointments, promoting memberships.
- Make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in
- Open and close the boutique according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Own the appointment book - manage changes, cancellations, re-bookings and optimization
- Promote and clearly explain services, enhancements, memberships, retail products, promotions, policies, and where to park
- Handle guest questions and concerns promptly, kindly, and professionally

The NOW Massage Laguna Niguel is owned by Mike and Jamie, a husband-and-wife team who both work on the business full-time. They walked in as guests back in 2016, fell in love with the brand, and have been part of it ever since, which is why they take such personal pride in the people on their team. Position Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely happy to be around people
- A positive teammate with strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable with computers, basic math, and handling money
- Must be available to work a minimum of one weekend shift
