The NOW Massage Corona del Mar is hiring warm, energetic Experience Guides (our name for Front Desk Receptionists) who love making people feel cared for. We're a family-owned business, and we're every bit as committed to our team as we are to our guests.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Daily Functions:

As an Experience Guide, you'll set the tone at the front desk and keep the boutique running smoothly - greeting guests, answering phones, describing services and products, booking appointments, promoting memberships.

• Make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk in
• Open and close the boutique according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Own the appointment book - manage changes, cancellations, re-bookings and optimization
• Promote and clearly explain services, enhancements, memberships, retail products, promotions, policies, and where to park
• Handle guest questions and concerns promptly, kindly, and professionally

About The Team:

The NOW Massage Corona del Mar is owned by Mike and Jamie, a husband-and-wife team who both work on the business full-time. They walked in as guests back in 2016, fell in love with the brand, and have been part of it ever since, which is why they take such personal pride in the people on their team.

Our commitment to growth is reflected in our team: our General Manager and Assistant General Manager both started as Experience Guides when we opened and have built their careers with us! Position Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely happy to be around people
• A positive teammate with strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable with computers, basic math, and handling money
• Must be available to work a minimum of one weekend shift
