Front Desk Representative

At HealthCore Clinic, a positive patient experience begins at the front desk. We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and energetic Front Desk Representative who enjoys helping people and serving the community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we welcome patients from diverse backgrounds and provide integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services.

What Youll Do

Greet patients and check them in for appointments. Help patients use our self-service check-in kiosks. Verify insurance coverage and patient information. Collect payments and provide accurate receipts. Update demographic and other required information. Answer questions and help patients navigate their visit. Support a positive, efficient, and respectful front desk environment.

What Were Looking For

Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented approach. Strong customer service and communication skills. Comfort learning and using new technology. Ability to stay organized while supporting multiple patient needs. Bilingual skills are a strong plus.
