Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Stone Oak (281N & TPC Parkway), is seeking an energetic and reliable Membership Sales Associate to join our team!
We believe great people deserve great training, real growth opportunities, and the chance to be recognized for their success. This is a sales-focused role where you'll help guests discover the benefits of massage and skincare while earning
competitive hourly pay plus weekly incentives. If you're motivated, energetic, and love connecting with people, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do- Welcome guests and create an exceptional first impression
- Recommend memberships, gift cards, retail, and service upgrades
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Consistently achieve sales goals
- Work with a supportive team that celebrates wins and helps each other succeed
- Spa experience is a plus, but not required! We will teach you everything you need to know to be successful in the spa industry.
We are Looking for Someone Who...- Has at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Loves talking with people and building relationships
- Is motivated by goals, commissions, and bonuses/incentives
- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older
