Front Office Sales & Customer Experience Specialist (Bilingual Required)

Fence Direct is hiring a Front Office Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers and help convert walk-ins, phone inquiries, and estimates into closed sales.


This is a customer-facing sales role that combines in-person service, phone communication, follow-up, and sales coordination. You will play a key role in guiding customers through their decision-making process and ensuring a smooth experience from estimate to installation.


This is a fast-paced office environment where communication, organization, and follow-up are essential.


Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED.


What You’ll Do

•  Greet and assist walk-in customers in the office 
•  Answer inbound phone inquiries and estimate questions 
•  Follow up on active estimates and customer opportunities 
•  Help guide customers through options and the sales process 
•  Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity 
•  Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth job flow 
•  Manage multiple active customers and priorities at once 

What We’re Looking For

•  Strong experience in customer-facing sales or front office roles
•  Confident communicator in both English and Spanish (REQUIRED) 
•  Ability to guide customers professionally through decisions 
•  Highly organized with strong attention to detail 
•  Ability to multitask in a busy environment 
•  Professional presence and strong customer interaction skills 
•  Experience in inside sales, retail sales, or home services is a plus 

Schedule

•  Full-time, on-site position 
•  Monday–Friday + Saturdays required
•  One weekday off provided each week to maintain a consistent 40-hour schedule 
•  Occasional flexibility based on business needs 

Compensation

• $17 – $18/hour (based on experience)
• Commission based on sales performance and closed revenue targets
