If you enjoy connecting with people, guiding them toward self-care, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit!

️ What You'll Do:

• Welcome Guests with a Smile- Be the first friendly face our clients see and set the tone for a relaxing visit.
• Educate & Recommend- Share the benefits of our membership program and spa services in a genuine, informative way.
• Stay Connected- Follow up with guests via phone, text, or email to answer questions and encourage return visits.
• Manage the Flow- Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments using our scheduling software.
• Support Sales Goals- Help the team meet monthly membership and service targets-bonuses available!
• Be a Team Player- Collaborate with massage therapists, estheticians, and fellow front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.

What We're Looking For:

• Friendly & Approachable- You love making people feel welcome and cared for.
• Comfortable with Sales- You can confidently explain value and guide guests toward the right choices.
• Organized & Tech-Savvy- You're great at multitasking and navigating booking systems.
• Reliable & Professional- You show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in your work.
• Experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Wellness is a plus-but we're happy to train the right person!
• Flexible Schedule- Must be available evenings and weekends.
• Spanish speaker strongly preferred
