You own this if you … Have previous supervisory experience at a front desk or in customer service. Can multi task with a composed demeanor. Knowledge of the Local Area would be great!

• Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Services: Ensure friendly & efficient guest registration, departures and telephone service. Ensure your team of agents follows established procedures and is focused on our guests. Set the tone to ensure guests are handled both courteously and professionally.
• Administrative: Assist Front Office Manager with reports as requested

Salary Description

$17./hr.
