Front End Adjuster

The adjuster is responsible for the investigation of coverage, liability, and damages, negotiating with claimants, attorneys, and other insurance carriers, through the life of the claim, with authority for settlement.

How You Will Contribute

• Handles claims from initial contact through to conclusion.
• Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility
• Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships seeking to enhance organizational skills.
• Manages a high call volume with exception communication and customer service skills
• Successfully works independently and in a team atmosphere.
• Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful

• Minimum 1-2 years of call/contact center experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience (preferred)
• Bilingual is a plus, not required (preferred)
• Service Advisor or Service Drive experience a plus (preferred)
• Basic mechanical knowledge of automotive systems. (preferred)
