Pay Rate: $20.00/hr


Duration: Mid-February through Mid-April (Temporary/Seasonal)

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our CPA firm during the busy tax season. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional office environment. You will play a key role in helping manage client documentation and ensuring smooth workflow during peak season.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and assist with intake of tax documents
- Organize and create client intake folders (physical and/or digital)
- Accurately enter client information and data into tax software systems
- Ensure completeness and organization of client files
- Follow established processes and workflows with precision
- Assist staff with administrative support as needed to meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software quickly
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred (accounting or tax experience a plus, but not required)
