About the Role:The Pass Pediatric Dental Group in Beaumont, CA is looking for a friendly and organized Front Office team member to be the welcoming face of our practice! In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a positive, stress-free experience for our young patients and their families from the moment they walk through the door.
Responsibilities:- Greet and check in patients and families with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications
- Verify dental insurance eligibility and process claims accurately
- Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and balances
- Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
Requirements:- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Familiarity with dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Practice Web, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable and enthusiastic working with children and their families
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
