We are a Hilton four-star hotel seeking an experienced and service-oriented Front Office Manager to lead front desk operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in accordance with Hilton brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Front Office operations, including Front Desk and Guest Services
- Ensure consistent delivery of Hilton brand standards and service excellence
- Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Front Office team
- Oversee scheduling, payroll review, and labor cost control
- Handle guest concerns, service recovery, and VIP arrivals
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue teams
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement service improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Front Office management experience in a full-service or four-star hotel
- Hilton brand or system experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
