Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Fridays & Weekends OFF)

Compensation: Daily Guarantee vs. 33% of Net Production

Core Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including routine exams, diagnoses, restorations, extractions, endodontic procedures, and preventive care.

• Formulate and present clear, individualized treatment plans to patients with a focus on education and long-term oral health.

• Oversee hygiene care and direct clinical support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes and efficient workflow.

• Maintain strict adherence to clinical standards, safety protocols, and proper clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

• Active, unrestricted State Dental License.

• Active DEA registration and CPR / BLS certification.

• Excellent clinical efficiency, compassionate bedside manner, and strong communication skills.
