Full Time Registration/CVR Clerk

Harr Motor Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full Time Registration Clerk to join our team in Worcester, MA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle registrations, titles, and related documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations. You will work closely with sales staff, customers, and state agencies to facilitate smooth and accurate processing of all registration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process vehicle registration and title paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, and state agencies to resolve any registration issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all registration transactions and documentation.
• Stay up to date with state registration and titling laws and regulations.
• Assist in preparing reports related to registrations and compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and guiding customers through the registration process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in vehicle registration, DMV procedures, or automotive administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
