We are seeking a FT Home Inspector to join our growing team.\n \nUnlike a traditional office job, your workplace changes every day. You'll meet new people and play an important role in our local communities helping homebuyers understand one of the biggest investments of their lives.\n \nWhether you're an experienced home inspector or a skilled professional from a related field such as construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, property maintenance or another residential trade, we'd love to hear from you.\n \nWHAT WE OFFER\n\n Competitive compensation\n On-the-job training and mentorship\n Continuing education\n Company-provided report writing software\n Errors & Omissions insurance provided\n Scheduling, administrative support, and client coordination\n Established reputation throughout Metro Atlanta\n Supportive, team-oriented environment\n \nWe're large enough to provide opportunity and support, but small enough that every team member matters.\n \nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n\n Perform residential home inspections throughout the Metro Atlanta area\n Evaluate major home systems including roofing, structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and exterior components\n Use inspection tools and technology to document findings\n Prepare detailed electronic inspection reports\n Clearly communicate inspection findings to clients\n Educate homebuyers about home maintenance and property conditions\n Maintain professional standards and provide exceptional customer service\n Occasionally assist with company marketing and networking events\n \nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n \nThis position is physically active and requires the ability to:\n\n Climb ladders\n Walk on roofs when conditions permit\n Enter attics and crawlspaces\n Bend, kneel, crouch, and lift inspection equipment\n Stand and walk for extended periods\n Work safely in varying weather conditions\n \nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n Home inspection experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate\n Experience in residential construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, pest control, property maintenance or related trades is highly desirable\n Strong customer service and communication skills\n Professional appearance and demeanor\n Excellent attention to detail\n Ability to work independently and manage time effectively\n Basic computer proficiency\n Strong work ethic and willingness to learn\n Must have basic inspection tools, including a flashlight, outlet tester, ladder, and other standard inspection equipment\n Valid driver's license and reliable transportation\n \nADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS\n\n* Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check as required for access to local real estate lockbox systems and occupied properties\n \nIf you're looking for a career where your knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.\n \nThis is a remote position.\n \nCompensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year\n\n
