Purpose of Classification: The Real Estate Specialist is responsible for providing professional and technical support to the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management including but not limited to commercial real estate transactions on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and asset management, presentation development, real estate document development, review, and processing for related transactions for the Fulton County Government.
