Job Description

Job Description:
  • Desktop / IT Support focused on break-fix support for laptops and end-user environments.
Key Responsibilities / Environment:
  • Laptop break-fix and troubleshooting support
  • Active Directory administration/support
  • CMDB and Asset Management experience required
  • Some voice/support background preferred
  • Working within ServiceNow ticketing environment
  • Supporting Windows and Linux operating systems
Preferred:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Customer-facing support experience is critical
  • White glove / executive support experience preferred
Experience Required:
  • Minimum: 6–12 years of experience.
