Role: General Human Resources ExpertLocation: St. Louis, Missouri (Hybrid)Type: ContractJob Description/ Responsibilities- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Solutions Partner, or in a similar HR leadership-partnering role.
- Experience partnering with managers and business leaders across different organizational levels.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent development, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with organizational change, people analytics, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a large, global, matrixed organization.
- Manufacturing-site HR experience.
- Change management and leadership coaching experience.
- Experience implementing HR programs and improving manager self-service adoption.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and support a fast-paced business environment.
