Protech Staffing is hiring General Labor / Production Associates for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in San Bernardino, CA. Gain hands-on experience in production, assembly, packaging, and material handling while working a consistent daytime schedule.

Position Details

  Hours: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

  Schedule: 4-day workweek | Fridays off

What You’ll Do

• 
  Assist with daily manufacturing and production tasks.
  
• 
  Perform basic assembly, packaging, and material handling duties.
  
• 
  Support production line operations to help maintain an efficient workflow.
  
• 
  Inspect and sort products, reporting visible defects or quality concerns.
  
• 
  Prepare products and materials for the next stage of production or packaging.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• 
  Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and supervisor directions.
  
• 
  Work with team members to meet daily production and quality expectations.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  No previous manufacturing experience is required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  
• 
  Experience in production, assembly, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus.
  
• 
  Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  
• 
  Availability to begin work promptly at 5:00 a.m.
  
• 
  Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  
• 
  Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and contribute to a team.
  
• 
  A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safe work practices.
