Performs routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, and completes repairs. Including, but not limited to Cobweb removal, concrete repairs, checking lights, cleaning shopping centers, building repairs. Fix plumbing leaks, clear drains, patch drywall, paint surfaces, and replace broken fixtures or lightbulbs.Start Date: as soon as possibleSchedule/Hours: Flexible hours Monday through Friday. Start times range from 3am to 6am- 8 hour work days.
