Partners Personnel is hiring a General Labor Associate to support day-to-day production and warehouse operations for AA Meat Products in Commerce, CA (90040). If you like staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in getting the job done right, this could be a great fit.

Location: Commerce, CA 90040

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (1st shift)

Pay: $16.90/hr (W2)

Type: Contract (approx. 2 weeks to start)

What you'll do

• Assist with general warehouse/production tasks as assigned
• Load/unload, move, and stage materials or product throughout the facility
• Help keep work areas clean, organized, and safe (basic housekeeping)
• Follow safety rules, food/plant hygiene guidelines, and supervisor direction
• Work at a steady pace while paying attention to quality and accuracy
• Communicate issues right away (damaged product, spills, safety concerns, etc.)

What we're looking for

• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-first attitude
• Comfortable working on your feet and staying busy throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (physical tier: up to 40 lbs)
• Warehouse or production experience is helpful, but not required-we can train the right person
