Custom Agri Systems is a family-owned and operated business looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team in Jamestown, ND.

No previous experience? That's okay. We're looking for people with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to be part of a hardworking team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist with construction, installation, and general labor projects
• Use basic hand and power tools
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment
• Assist experienced team members with a variety of jobsite tasks
• Work safely and efficiently at indoor and outdoor jobsites
• Work at elevated heights when required
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Take pride in doing the job right

• Able to accurately read a tape measure
• Comfortable working at heights when required
• Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and remain active throughout the workday
• A team player with a strong work ethic

Previous construction, mechanical, agricultural, or general labor experience is helpful, but not required.

We're willing to train the right person. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to work.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Occasional weekend work depending on project needs
