Looking for full-time warehouse work with weekly pay and a first-shift schedule? Protech Staffing is hiring for General Labor positions at a busy distribution center in Rialto, CA.

Help keep warehouse operations moving by sorting cases, organizing products, and preparing shipments. Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!

  Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• 
  Sort cases and organize products according to warehouse instructions.
  
• 
  Check labels and route cases to the appropriate areas.
  
• 
  Assemble boxes and prepare products for packing.
  
• 
  Stack and palletize cases for shipment.
  
• 
  Move and organize materials to support daily warehouse operations.
  
• 
  Assist with general labor tasks and support other departments as needed.
  
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  
• 
  Follow safety procedures and meet established productivity and quality standards.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 
  Previous case sorting, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
  
• 
  Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  
• 
  Attention to detail when sorting cases and following instructions.
  
• 
  Dependable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
  
• 
  Flexibility to assist in different departments and accommodate schedule adjustments as needed.
  
• 
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution center.
