About the Role: As the General Manager, you will own full P&L responsibility, drive operational performance, and lead a team of managers, captains, and associates to deliver 5-star service every day. You will play a critical role in team development, sales execution, safety, and culture. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-based business.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Team Development
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent across frontline and leadership roles
• Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture aligned with our H.U.N.K.S. core values
Operations & Execution
• Oversee daily operations to ensure job readiness, routing efficiency, and excellent client experience
• Manage fleet maintenance, equipment, supplies, and inventory
• Drive compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
 Sales & Customer Experience
• Ensure high conversion rates on inbound estimates and outbound sales follow-up
• Oversee delivery of white-glove customer service on every job
• Lead by example in handling high-priority clients and complex jobs
Financial Management
• Own and manage the P&L, including revenue targets, COGS, labor, and overhead
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvement strategies to maximize profitability
• Forecast staffing needs and schedule effectively to match demand
Growth & Strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and BD teams to grow local brand awareness and lead flow
• Identify and pursue B2B and referral opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance Performs other duties as assigned.

What You Bring:

 Experience
• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, or service-based industries 
• Proven success in managing teams and driving performance 
• Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management 
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills 
• High level of personal accountability and professionalism 
• College degree preferred but not required
