Position Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day property and personnel operations for the hotel and conference center.
- Direct and manage staff to achieve peak profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Lead recruitment and training efforts to ensure adequate staffing and professional development.
- Promote and enforce company policy through exemplary performance and behavior.
- Monitor building, grounds, and equipment to ensure they remain safe and operate effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvements related to the guest experience and property maintenance.
- Manage budgets efficiently while driving revenue growth through sales and leadership.
Position Requirements- 5+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service hotel setting.
- Proven track record of leadership in the hospitality industry.
- Strong focus on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent hospitality experience.
- Experience and certification with major national hotel brands is extremely desirable.
Compensation: $105,000 - $110,000/yr + bonus, health benefits, PTO, and more!
