Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all hotel operations

Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards and operational excellence

Qualifications

Previous General Manager experience in a select-service or limited-service hotel required

Marriott brand experience strongly preferred

Demonstrated success improving guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational results

Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and revenue optimization
