A well-established, upscale hospitality venue in Houston is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, late-night operation with a strong beverage focus. The ideal candidate is a polished operator with experience in elevated, high-energy environments that blend dining, entertainment, and late-night service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all front-of-house operations during open hours (Wednesday–Saturday)
Maintain a strong presence during peak late-night periods
Oversee cost control, labor management, scheduling, and P&L performance
Build, train, and develop a high-performing team, including an AGM
Ensure a safe, controlled, and elevated guest experience
Manage vendor relationships, deliveries, and administrative tasks throughout the week
Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished, professional environment
