Qualifications & Key Requirements: Work Experience: 5+ years Experience as a high-level technician plus 3+ years of experience as a foreman - Preferred 5+ years Field experience in mechanical system operations, repair and maintenance with boilers, chillers, and controls, plumbing, and electrical - Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong written / verbal communication skills - Required PC skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) - Required Education: AAS degree 3+ years of experience OR 5+ years of experience as a high-level technician plus 3+ years of experience as a foreman - Required Licenses/Certifications: RETA CIRO certification - Required Valid driver's license; a clean driving record - Required Physical Demands & Working Conditions: Travel by car or plane with overnight stays Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more; lift and carry 50 lbs Work flexible and/or rotating schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays Walk long distances; climb ladders / stairs to gain rooftop access; stand, stoop, crawl; work in hot and cold spaces; maneuver around equipment Work around industrial facilities, including food, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, refrigerated Respond to emergency situations any time of day or night The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Partner encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
