The Aerospace Corporation is the trusted partner to the nation's space programs, solving the hardest problems and providing unmatched technical expertise. As the operator of a federally funded research and development center (FFRDC), we are broadly engaged across all aspects of space- delivering innovative solutions that span satellite, launch, ground, and cyber systems for defense, civil and commercial customers. When you join our team, you'll be part of a special collection of problem solvers, thought leaders, and innovators. Join us and take your place in space.
The Engineering and Technology Group (ETG) is a nationally recognized space systems and technology resource. Containing approximately half of The Aerospace Corporation's technical talent, ETG consists of seven specialty organizations equipped with state-of-the-art computing, testing, diagnostic, research, simulation, and laboratory facilities as well as unique databases that have evolved since the beginning of the space era.
The ETG Front Office serves as the operational hub and primary interface for the Engineering and Technology Group across the corporation. The Front Office provides strategic coordination, financial oversight, communications support, and operational leadership to enable ETG's mission as Aerospace's primary technical execution arm for our customers.
We are seeking a General Manager of Strategy, a GM-level position designed to support the ETG Senior Vice President (SVP) across all operational aspects of the Engineering and Technology Group. This role combines operations management with strategic initiative execution, ensuring that ETG's substantial operational and representational responsibilities are managed with rigor and that major strategic technical investments deliver measurable outcomes on schedule and within budget.
