RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee all aspects of the dealership's new and used vehicles
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue, profit, and market share goals.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team, including Sales Managers, Internet Managers, and Sales Consultants.
Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate sales staff to ensure high performance and professional development
Monitor inventory levels, pricing strategies, and vehicle allocation to maximize profitability
Collaborate with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track and analyze key performance metrics such as gross profit per unit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction scores
Resolve escalated customer complaints or issues related to vehicle sales or financing
Prepare reports for dealership ownership and executive management on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high customer service standards within the sales department
REQUIREMENTS

Energetic, motivated, and punctual
Clean driving record and valid Texas DL
