    Position Description & Qualifications


    As a GFE Financial Analyst, you will be on a dynamic team at our site in Washington, D.C where you support the efforts to outfit the Navy’s newest surface combatant with a myriad of complex systems. Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact towards our national defense and safety of our sailors.


    Serco is seeking an energetic self-starter who wants to be part of a ship building program providing contract support the Navy Program Office (PMS 410). Our team supports the customer in the detail design, construction, and test of the U.S. Navy’s Frigate warship.


    In this role, you will:


    • Provide senior level financial support to the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Manager


    • Coordinate all GFE related financial matters between PARMs, Warfare Centers, and the BFM team on behalf of the GFE Manager


    • Complete financial inputs and attend GFE PARM Reviews


    • Support 7300/Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP) cost estimation planning, development, analysis/review, and maintenance of 7300/OPP databases


    • Track major GFE hardware procurements and maintain a GFE funding action item tracker


    • Coordinate and review GFE funding allocations


    • Review budget controls and support budget development throughout the phases of the annual budget cycle.


    • Assist in responding to Continuing Resolution Authority (CRA) data calls, Requests for Information (RFI) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development.


    To be successful in this role, you will have:


    + Possess an active Secret security Clearance

    + US Citizenship

    + Bachelor's Degree (related technical field preferred)

    + A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience (GFE experience highly preferred)

    + Functional working knowledge of ERP, PBIS and FINMOD systems

    + Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

    Salary range: The range for this position can be found at the top of this posting. This range is provided as a general guideline and represents a good faith estimate across all experience levels. For roles available in multiple states, the range may vary to reflect differences in local labor markets. In addition to base salary, eligible positions may include other forms of compensation such as annual bonuses or long-term incentive opportunities.
