Grain Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day operations of the grain facility.

• Manage inbound and outbound grain shipments, demonstrating adeptness in logistics and delivery processes.

• Supervise a compact operations team.

• Execute routine facility maintenance and repairs.

Grain Superintendent Requirements:

• Preferred: Over 3 years of experience within the grain/farming sector.

• Self-motivated and driven, displaying autonomy in tasks.

• Exemplary work ethic accompanied by outstanding customer service prowess.

• Mechanical proficiency.

Grain Superintendent Compensation:
