The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading the food and beverage service team throughout our clubhouse facility, including the Formal Dining Room (Gordie’s), Casual Dining (Maddox) Room, Outdoor Patio, Casual Bar/Lounge Room. Communicates and cooperates with other departments (Golf Shop, Maintenance, Kitchen, etc.) ensuring member feedback is heard, events are properly promoted, and staff are properly trained on the food and beverage menus.
