In this leadership role, you'll drive the seamless operation of hospitality services, ensuring every guest interaction is positive and every detail is managed with care. By coordinating teams across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance, you'll create a welcoming environment that balances operational efficiency with exceptional service. Your focus on quality, staff development, and client satisfaction will be key to delivering memorable experiences.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Progression within Career Band reflects acquisition of broad technical expertise, business and industry knowledge, and process and people leadership capabilities. Accountable for business, functional or operational areas, processes or programs, which may include dotted-line or matrixed management.

Pay Range: $64600 - $83600

What you'll bring

Call center experience, technology driven, excellent customer experience and service, data driven manager with experience with hospital guest services

• Proven experience managing front desk operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
• Leadership skills with the skillset to motivate, develop, and coordinate diverse hospitality staff.
• Financial acumen, including budget management and resource allocation.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and clients.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills to handle guest concerns efficiently and uphold quality standards.

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Related Experience: 2 years
