About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Sandhills Gymnastics Academy LLC in Pinehurst, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young children, helping them develop their physical abilities and love for gymnastics in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and instruct preschool gymnastics classes for children ages 2-5
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide a safe and positive learning environment for young gymnasts
- Assist with skill development and progression for young athletes
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide progress updates
Requirements:
- Prior experience coaching or working with young children
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and terminology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and encouraging attitude
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
