I Love Lulu Hair Spa is looking for experienced, enthusiastic Hair Stylists to support our fast-growing salon. The Hair Stylist responsibilities include providing one-on-one personal hair care for our customers. If you are an experienced at hairstylist with haircutting, and coloring experience, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us boost client satisfaction, and increase our revenues through product orders and our new, evolving DIY café experience. 

Responsibilities

• Performing hair treatments on customers which may include, trimming, coloring, and styling hair
• Offering customers personalized hair care tips
• Educating customers on hair maintenance
• Promoting products which support the customers treatment plan
• Maintaining proper product presentation and stock replenishment
• Ensuring regular cleaning on and around workstations 
• Implementing regular hygiene practices across all beauty stations utilizing Covid-19 protocol. 
• Forming relationships with loyal customers’ remembering their names, preferences etc., to maintain relationships for a good customer experience

Requirements

Active California Cosmetology License

Hair Stylist experience for 2+ years

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role
• Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Hands on experience working with different types of hair
