Job Description:
The Head of Field Operations, Training, & Enablement provides enterprise leadership for field enablement, operations, and training strategy across Ipsen US Business Units. This role partners closely with Business Operations & Strategy (BOS) leadership to define and execute a cohesive field enablement agenda, including ownership of incentive compensation strategy and implementation for commercial field teams, and leadership of the Field Operations organization.
The role is accountable for the continuous advancement of Ipsen's field training capability, working in close partnership with brand training leaders to strengthen both technical and skills-based training across all field functions. In addition, the Senior Director serves as a strategic liaison to the Ipsen Global Strategic Business Excellence team, driving alignment, best practice adoption, and scalable initiatives across regions.
The ideal candidate is a senior, enterprise-minded leader with a proven record of influencing across functions, leading complex change, and translating strategy into measurable commercial impact. This leader brings a strong field orientation, customer-centric mindset, and the ability to prioritize, align stakeholders, and drive disciplined execution against business priorities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $177,000 - $260,000
This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program. The pay range displayed above is the range of base pay compensation within which Ipsen expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and demonstrated skills.
